Important Notice: All products sold by Sunday Supplys are general medical supplies sold as-is for lawful use only. Customers are responsible for proper handling and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure safety and sterility, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened:

  • Bacteriostatic Water for Injection
  • Sterile Water for Injection
  • Alcohol Prep Pads
  • Any other sterile or single-use medical supply

We are unable to accept returns on opened sterile products under any circumstances.

2. Eligible Returns

Unopened, undamaged items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Lawful Use & Responsibility

All products are sold as general medical supplies for lawful use only. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their purchase and use complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sunday Supplys is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or improper disposal of any product.
