1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
5. Packaging
All products are packaged to maintain integrity and sterility during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if any items appear damaged.
6. Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain product types. Sunday Supplys reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders shipping to jurisdictions where the sale or shipment of our products may be restricted by law.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Sunday Supplys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
